Blood Moon Brew

Drink the eclipse or let it swallow you whole. This is not a gentle infusion but a bright red omen in a cup, a fruit-slick smile under a sky that won’t stop bleeding. Every sip tastes like sweetness laced with the promise of disasters, a celebration you can’t quite trust.

Beneath the madness, hibiscus cuts through with sharp, tangy brightness to support circulation, apple softens with natural sweetness, fig offers slow, grounding energy, and pomegranate seeds bring a burst of antioxidants and vitality. A cup for those who toast to the apocalypse with sticky red lips.

Ingredients: Hibiscus flowers (Hibiscus sabdariffa), Apple pieces dried (Malus domestica), Fig pieces dried (Ficus carica), Pomegranate seeds freeze-dried (Punica granatum)

USE AND SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup. Pour boiling water (100 °C) and steep 7–9 minutes. The fruit pieces give a natural sweetness . Perfect as is or with honey if you're into sickly sweet drinks (no judgement here!).

Keep zipped airtight in the craft bag; store in a cool cupboard away from light to keep fruits from softening further.

Eclipse in the cup

I steeped it as the moon turned red, and the liquid mirrored the sky a little too perfectly. When I raised it to my lips, the reflection didn’t move with me. It smirked instead.
